About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the pipeline-generation number and exceed team targets for qualified meetings and opportunities
  • Build and scale the SDR program by hiring, onboarding, ramping, and coaching a growing team
  • Coach outbound daily including account research, multi-channel sequencing, and objection handling
  • Design the SDR-to-AE career path, ramp plans, and enablement curriculum
  • Own the outbound motion and tech stack including Salesforce, MixMax, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Apollo, and Clay
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and RevOps on territory design and ICP alignment
  • Run disciplined forecasting, pipeline reviews, and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Set the outbound team culture onsite five days a week

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales and sales development
  • 2+ years managing an SDR/BDR/ADR team as a front-line leader
  • Proven track record of building or scaling an outbound program and exceeding targets
  • Experience hiring, ramping, and coaching outbound reps
  • Command of modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
  • Strong operating rigor and data-driven approach to funnel instrumentation
  • Willingness to lead the team onsite five days a week in San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into engineering, DevOps, or platform buyers
  • Background building SDR-to-AE career pathing at high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with agentic coding or developer productivity landscapes
  • Early-stage or founding GTM experience (Series A/B/C)
