About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives across Europe
  • Hire exceptional talent and build a pipeline of future leaders
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Commercial segment across Europe
  • Accurately forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success
  • Use data to drive accountability and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a fast-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience leading other leaders (managing managers)
  • Ability to operate across multiple markets and segments with ambiguity
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use numbers to drive decisions
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Customer-focused approach to strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth scale-up environments
  • Experience leading sales teams across European markets
  • Fluency in French or German
  • Background in ecommerce or marketing technology
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN
