About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth in commercial furniture and interiors
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a consultative approach
- Identify and secure new opportunities with corporate clients, architects, designers, dealers, and real estate developers
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Lead complex sales cycles including presentations, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to align client needs with product capabilities
- Build and scale the sales function by hiring, mentoring, and leading team members
- Implement sales processes, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven record of results in driving revenue
- Strong communication skills and client service mindset
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven with ability to operate in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial furniture, interiors, architecture, or design
- Demonstrated success building relationships with architects and designers
- Experience launching innovative or disruptive products
