Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-million dollar revenue targets by deploying sales, marketing and pricing strategies
• Partner with Revenue Management, Centralized Sales and Brand Marketing to align regional campaigns
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to a team of 3-4 sales and marketing professionals
• Grow revenue through local relationship management, channel partners, and strategic accounts
• Build relationships with market partners, hotels, broker agencies, and event production companies
• Direct Marketing Manager to deliver targeted local outreach, campaigns, and content
• Partner with the Director of Membership to support engagement initiatives and community experience
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to guide operational strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales and marketing experience
• At least 5 years leading teams in high-volume hospitality or meeting and events sectors
• Deep understanding of revenue analytics
• Proven success managing teams through intense collaboration between sales, marketing, and revenue leadership
