About the role
Responsibilities
- Own commercial performance for DACH, including revenue targets, margin, and pipeline quality
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the DACH market
- Identify new verticals, partnerships, and product-mix opportunities
- Optimize sales operations processes, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
- Build, recruit, and scale the DACH sales team with a focus on daily KPIs and performance coaching
- Collaborate with Product and Tech to improve AI-assisted sales workflows
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in marketplaces, digital trade, logistics, or materials distribution
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven track record of scaling high-velocity sales teams
- Strong commercial math skills including pricing and contribution margin
- Experience in team management and mentoring
- Proficiency with CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-only environment
