Director of Rooms

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and day-to-day operations of Housekeeping and Front Office departments
• Manage departmental budgets, financial outlooks, and alignment with annual strategic plans
• Drive revenue optimization and yield management to increase RevPAR index
• Oversee guest satisfaction initiatives and address complaints with empathy and decisiveness
• Develop training and professional development programs for Rooms Division staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies specific to the Accor Premium brand
• Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to maintain property condition
• Monitor LQA standards and RPS reviews to maintain accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration
• 8–10 years of progressive luxury hotel experience
• 3–5 years in a senior Rooms Division leadership position within an international luxury brand
• Proven experience managing both Front Office and Housekeeping operations
• Strong track record in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and revenue management software
• Fluency in English; Turkish language skills are an advantage
