Proformance Builder Solutions is a leading B2B construction services provider, specializing in roofing, siding, and house wrap for new residential construction. Founded in 2016, we have completed over 15,000 roofing installations and have recently expanded our service offerings to meet the growing demands of residential builders across the state.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the BDM team, setting national builder targets and reviewing pipeline weekly
  • Own the Inside Sales function, ensuring proposal turnaround and accuracy rates
  • Oversee the Sales Analyst to ensure dashboard publication and error-free commission calculations
  • Drive market intelligence strategy using permit data and competitive analysis
  • Partner with regional Directors of Sales on territory strategy and pipeline visibility
  • Collaborate with estimating, scheduling, and accounting to streamline cross-departmental processes
  • Work with People & Growth on commission plan updates and compensation benchmarking

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales leadership/operational management
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including sales hunters and analysts
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Experience with Datarails or equivalent financial reporting tools preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
