Director of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to a reporting-centric data model across Salesforce and NetSuite
• Analyze current systems, data, and workflows to implement scalable solutions
• Own data cleanup, standardization, and governance initiatives
• Design end-to-end processes across the deal lifecycle to align Business Development and Finance
• Maintain accurate daily pipeline outputs and detailed revenue reporting
• Support systems integrations, automation, and data alignment
• Create and maintain documentation for data definitions and system usage
• Train and onboard stakeholders on new processes and tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data architecture, reporting, and integrations
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform
• Proven track record of cleaning and standardizing complex, inconsistent datasets
• Experience operating in high-growth, evolving environments
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and data insights
