About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own revenue forecasting methodologies and GTM planning including segmentation and territory design
- Design and manage sales compensation plans, quota allocation, and attainment tracking
- Establish pricing frameworks, commercial packaging, and deal desk governance
- Optimize lead-to-cash processes and marketing-to-sales handoffs
- Design reporting dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity
- Lead selection, implementation, and administration of GTM tools like Salesforce and Outreach
- Drive cross-functional projects tied to revenue goals and operational scalability
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and common GTM tools
- Proven success in GTM planning, territory design, and quota setting
- Strong analytical, communication, and program management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth or SaaS/tech-enabled services environment
