About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and own revenue forecasting methodologies and GTM planning including segmentation and territory design
  • Design and manage sales compensation plans, quota allocation, and attainment tracking
  • Establish pricing frameworks, commercial packaging, and deal desk governance
  • Optimize lead-to-cash processes and marketing-to-sales handoffs
  • Design reporting dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity
  • Lead selection, implementation, and administration of GTM tools like Salesforce and Outreach
  • Drive cross-functional projects tied to revenue goals and operational scalability

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and common GTM tools
  • Proven success in GTM planning, territory design, and quota setting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and program management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth or SaaS/tech-enabled services environment
