About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a unified sales operations strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Partner with sales leadership to design coverage models, territory plans, and quota frameworks
- Manage forecasting, pipeline analytics, and KPI dashboards for managed services growth
- Standardize and document the Lead-to-Cash process from marketing lead through renewal
- Own the CRM environment and ensure accurate pipeline hygiene and forecast reporting
- Integrate RevOps intelligence using automation and analytics tools
- Lead a team of analysts or coordinators to support reporting and system administration
- Partner with Sales Enablement to design training and onboarding programs
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy
- Experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP), VAR, or IT Services organization
- Proficiency with CRM and BI platforms such as HubSpot, NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong understanding of MSP metrics including GM$, MRR, churn, and TCV
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
