Responsibilities
- Own relationships for strategic North American clients with 7 to 8 figure ARR potential
- Identify, shape, and close commercial opportunities as the lead negotiator
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption through value-based success planning
- Manage a small team dedicated to the strategic client portfolio
Requirements
- 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting
- Proven track record managing accounts worth >$2mm ARR into 8-figures
- Direct management experience and experience with legal or regulated industries
