Responsibilities

  • Own relationships for strategic North American clients with 7 to 8 figure ARR potential
  • Identify, shape, and close commercial opportunities as the lead negotiator
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption through value-based success planning
  • Manage a small team dedicated to the strategic client portfolio

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting
  • Proven track record managing accounts worth >$2mm ARR into 8-figures
  • Direct management experience and experience with legal or regulated industries
