Responsibilities
- Own relationships for strategic, global clients in North America with 7 to 8 figure ARR potential
- Identify, shape, and close commercial opportunities as the lead negotiator
- Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless deployment
- Drive platform adoption through structured enablement and value-based success planning
- Act as a strategic advisor to legal teams in partnership with Legal Engineering
- Manage a small team dedicated to the strategic client portfolio
Requirements
- 10+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting experience
- Track record of managing accounts worth >$2mm ARR into 8-figures
- Experience owning a commercial number, including renewals and expansions
- Direct management experience with reports
- Experience with legal teams, regulated industries, or sophisticated professional services
- Exceptional change management and stakeholder management skills
- High EQ and executive presence for engaging senior leaders
- Data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to account strategy
- Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in Denver
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal tech or law firm experience
- Experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments
