Responsibilities

  • Own relationships for strategic, global clients headquartered in North America with 7 to 8 figure ARR potential
  • Identify, shape, and close commercial opportunities as the lead negotiator
  • Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless deployment
  • Drive platform adoption through structured enablement and value-based success planning
  • Act as a strategic advisor to legal teams in partnership with Legal Engineering
  • Manage a small team dedicated to the strategic client portfolio in North America

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting experience
  • Track record of managing accounts worth >$2mm ARR into 8-figures
  • Experience owning a commercial number including renewals and expansions
  • Direct management experience with responsibility for report performance
  • Experience working with legal teams, regulated industries, or sophisticated professional services
  • Exceptional change management and stakeholder management skills
  • High EQ and executive presence for engaging with senior leaders
  • Data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to customer health and forecasting
  • Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in San Francisco
