About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the RGM roadmap, working with Product and Engineering to turn pricing and trade strategy into shippable features
  • Translate price/pack architecture, mix management, and promotional ROI frameworks into product requirements and user stories
  • Design data flows for syndicated and competitive data (Circana, NIQ, etc.) to power RGM and trade analytics
  • Build analytical logic for elasticity, optimal pack architecture, and trade efficiency scoring
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for RGM and pricing
  • Partner with customers to validate new RGM functionality and act as a trusted advisor to pricing and finance teams
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure feature adoption and thought leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, or Trade Strategy within CPG, consulting, or CPG-focused software
  • Deep fluency with syndicated and competitive data sources like Circana or NIQ
  • Strong command of price/pack architecture, mix management, elasticity, and trade promotion ROI
  • Experience translating business and analytical concepts into product requirements
  • Ability to work in-person at the NYC headquarters 5 days a week
