Director of Resident Experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Resident Experience Program
• Create and organize group, individual, and one-on-one activity programs
• Research, evaluate, and develop community events based on resident interests
• Prepare and publish monthly Resident Experience event calendars using LifeLoop
• Coordinate scheduled activities with other departments and marketing
• Identify and evaluate resident concerns regarding medical and restorative care use
• Manage departmental needs and goals within the assigned budget
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise team members and volunteers
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned
• Drive company vehicles for community needs as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience
• Completion of all applicable licensing agency certifications
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Proficiency with office equipment and technology including iPads and social media
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
