Director of Residences

Responsibilities

• Lead the homeowner journey from pre-move-in to daily residential living
• Curate bespoke services and lifestyle experiences for high-net-worth residents
• Oversee luxury residential operations, including health, safety, and security
• Manage financial performance, including budget development and P&L responsibility
• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams of 15+ colleagues
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to ensure seamless brand integration
• Manage Homeowners Association (HOA) governance and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of senior management experience in ultra-luxury residential or 5-star hotel operations
• Proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management
• Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera and Lightspeed, as well as CRM software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in luxury serviced apartments or private club management
• Knowledge of the Middle East luxury real estate market
• Multilingual capabilities, specifically proficiency in English and Arabic
• Previous experience with Raffles, Accor, or other global luxury hospitality brands
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
