Director of Residences

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all Residential Operations to deliver an elevated and refined lifestyle experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all residential departments, ensuring strict adherence to luxury brand standards.
• Develop and execute forward-thinking residential strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets to ensure financial prudence and long-term asset value enhancement.
• Act as the primary senior contact for residents and owners, managing queries, concerns, and escalations with discretion.
• Partner with owners, executive leadership, and the board to identify operational enhancements and value-creation opportunities.
• Oversee the full resident journey, from property handover through ongoing occupancy, ensuring service excellence.
• Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of service and compliance.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience within Luxury Residential, Branded Residences, or High-End Hospitality environments.
• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury environments or high-volume hospitality brands.
• Strong stakeholder and owner management skills with the ability to engage confidently with executive leadership and board members.
• Exceptional financial acumen and expertise in budget management and operational performance.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities and a strategic, proactive mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
