Director of Residences

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, concierge services, and guest relations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of residential staff
• Manage residential budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies, safety regulations, and Raffles brand standards
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational excellence
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and proactively
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, integrated experiences for residents
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs
• Represent the residential division in strategic planning and organizational initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management
• At least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership position
• Proven expertise in residential operations or property management in ultra-luxury environments
• Experience in pre-Opening stages is a must
• Advanced proficiency with property management systems and hospitality technology
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Raffles properties or similar ultra-luxury resort brands
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern hospitality market and cultural awareness
• Experience managing residential communities or mixed-use properties
• Relevant hospitality management certifications
