Director of Residence

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, concierge services, and guest relations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of residential staff to foster a culture of excellence
• Manage residential budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies, safety regulations, and Raffles brand standards
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational excellence
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents and address concerns proactively
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, integrated experiences for residents
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to exceed guest expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management
• At least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership position
• Mandatory pre-opening experience, including project coordination and scheduling
• Proven expertise in residential operations or property management within ultra-luxury environments
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant operational budgets
• Advanced proficiency with property management systems and hospitality technology platforms
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Raffles properties or similar ultra-luxury resort brands
• Familiarity with the Middle Eastern hospitality market and cultural awareness
• Experience managing residential communities or mixed-use properties
• Relevant hospitality management certifications or professional designations
