Director of Regional Entrepreneurship Department

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain top academic talent, including full-time and adjunct faculty.
• Ensure high-quality academic delivery of subjects and groups across participating campuses.
• Implement educational strategies aligned with the Tec21 Educational Model and regional school strategies.
• Drive initiatives that increase positive impact on students and foster academic innovation.
• Promote the Research and Knowledge Transfer Model within the department.
• Guarantee management quality and compliance with institutional commitments.

Requirements

• PhD in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Administration, or a closely related field (required).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Proven experience in university or postgraduate teaching.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership or managing entrepreneurship projects.
• Demonstrated relational capital within national and international entrepreneurship ecosystems.
• Experience in attracting and developing specialized faculty in innovation and entrepreneurship.
