Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term quality strategy across all operations
• Build and continuously improve an enterprise-wide Quality Management Program
• Establish meaningful quality metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance benchmarks
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality team
• Partner with project executives, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel
• Create standardized quality processes that are practical and scalable
• Promote a culture focused on prevention rather than inspection
• Analyze quality trends, warranty issues, rework, and lessons learned
• Develop training programs that reinforce quality expectations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
• Foster collaboration across departments and with clients and trade contractors

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience
• Leadership experience in quality, operations, project management, or field leadership
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and project delivery
• Experience developing or enhancing quality management systems
• Proven ability to influence project teams through collaboration
• Demonstrated success building relationships across all levels of an organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading organizational change and implementing process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
