Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term quality strategy across all operations
- Build and continuously improve an enterprise-wide Quality Management Program
- Establish meaningful quality metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance benchmarks
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality team
- Partner with project executives, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel
- Create standardized quality processes that are practical and scalable
- Promote a culture focused on prevention rather than inspection
- Analyze quality trends, warranty issues, rework, and lessons learned
- Develop training programs that reinforce quality expectations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
- Foster collaboration across departments and with clients and trade contractors
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience
- Leadership experience in quality, operations, project management, or field leadership
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and project delivery
- Experience developing or enhancing quality management systems
- Proven ability to influence project teams through collaboration
- Demonstrated success building relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading organizational change and implementing process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
