About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overarching earned media strategy across the Havenly Brands portfolio, ensuring distinct and culturally relevant narratives for each brand.
- Drive high-impact story development and secure top-tier placements across lifestyle, design, culture, tech, and business verticals.
- Serve as the senior relationship holder with key editors, journalists, and media decision-makers across print, digital, and broadcast.
- Lead integrated PR planning for major product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal moments in partnership with Marketing and Creative teams.
- Develop and execute influencer and brand ambassador programs across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging creator channels.
- Own crisis communications strategy and protocols, monitoring brand reputation across social channels.
- Manage PR agency and freelance partner relationships, including scope, performance, and budget management.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that connect communications programs to business outcomes like traffic and revenue.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of PR experience, with significant time spent in-house at a consumer brand or at a senior level within a lifestyle/consumer PR agency.
- Deep, established relationships with top-tier editors and journalists in the lifestyle, home, design, and fashion sectors.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing influencer programs within the home and lifestyle space.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and executive messaging.
- A builder’s mentality with the ability to operate independently and scale a function from the ground up.
- Strong track record of developing KPI and reporting frameworks that tie PR efforts to business impact.
