Director of Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering services in the Life Sciences sector
• Oversee client communications and project management team services
• Manage strategic and operational aspects including resource planning, financial management, and business generation
• Drive business growth through market research, thought leadership, and client engagement
• Ensure quality control, compliance with ISO standards, and internal BMS audits
• Manage financial performance including revenue, margin levels, and monthly fees
• Prepare proposals and RFP responses for new clients and projects
• Mentor staff and partner with talent acquisition to manage future staffing needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
• 2+ years of experience managing large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment
• Proven track record in successful project management service delivery
• Strong business development acumen and experience driving growth
• Experience in major construction sectors such as life sciences, data centers, or industrial manufacturing
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
