Director of Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the global project management team to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives
• Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to closure
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and standardized processes
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery practices and mentor project managers
• Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and internal pricing exercises to provide strategic guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• PMP certification is required
• Proven success managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management tools and software
• BPO experience is highly preferred
• Ability to travel as needed
