About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and implementation of MOIA’s program portfolio
- Lead and supervise a team of program staff, including Associate Directors and Program Managers
- Manage relationships with community-based organizations, service providers, and City agency partners
- Monitor program performance, track progress toward goals, and analyze data to inform improvements
- Coordinate with policy, communications, and community engagement teams to ensure alignment
- Oversee program-related procurement, contracts, and budget coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of relevant experience in program management, public service, or nonprofit leadership
- Proven experience supervising staff and managing teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
