Director of Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, refinement, and implementation of EPIC Youth programs
• Ensure programs integrate mentorship, leadership development, and skill-building
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including curriculum fidelity and facilitation standards
• Ensure programs reflect best practices in PBIS, SEL, and trauma-informed care
• Supervise Program Managers and support their growth as leaders and mentors
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance oversight to staff
• Oversee program evaluation, data collection, and outcome reporting
• Support program leaders in cultivating relationships with families, schools, and community partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Education, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading youth-serving, educational, or mentoring programs
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role with staff responsibility
• Demonstrated experience in program design, development, and quality assurance
• Strong background in facilitation, mentorship, and community-based programming
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
• Ability to use data to guide decision-making and evaluate outcomes
