About the Company

Re:Build Fikst, LLC is a growing product design and engineering consulting firm. We work with pioneering clients to develop technology, design products, and bring them to production in areas such as biomedical instruments, microfluidics, specialty plastics, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities by initiating communications with prospective clients and managing information flow.
• Leverage CRM systems for contact management, tasks, and deal tracking.
• Meet with prospective clients to present capabilities and assess support needs.
• Develop and present proposals, statements of work, and presentations in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure timely execution of NDAs, MSAs, and contracts.
• Negotiate and close program opportunities.
• Maintain engagement with ongoing projects to advocate for long-term client relationships.
• Expand company awareness through industry events, personal networks, and online platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product development environment.
• BS degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent.
• First-hand understanding of early-stage technology development and product commercialization.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate sophisticated technical content clearly.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to support and advise others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or business development experience.
• Experience within the life sciences industry.
• Existing industry network and professional contacts.
