About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key production builder and developer accounts in the Greater Bay Area
- Identify and secure new builder partnerships and emerging market players
- Own annual revenue targets, pipeline strategy, and account-level growth plans
- Lead bidding and pricing strategy for early-stage and conceptual projects
- Build and maintain structured pricing models aligned with gross margin goals
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of approximately 10 direct and indirect reports
- Track and report on KPIs including shipped revenue, gross margin, and win rate
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience in building products, construction, or manufacturing
- 2+ years of people leadership with a demonstrated ability to develop teams
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar revenue growth
- Expertise in pricing strategy, bid management, and margin optimization
- Strong executive presence and excellent relationship-building skills at the builder/developer level
- Solid financial and commercial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience selling to production or luxury home builders
- Knowledge of the Greater Bay Area builder and developer market
- Background in cabinetry, millwork, or related building product categories
- Experience in manufacturing-to-order or engineered-to-order environments
