Director of Production & Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all day-to-day production and operations processes to ensure operational efficiency and project excellence.
• Develop and execute production strategies while supervising Operations and Production Managers.
• Manage local site ISMS and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee financial activities, including monthly invoicing, annual budget preparation (CAPEX/OPEX), and revenue forecasting.
• Partner with the Global Head of Sales to manage client relations, project handovers, and quarterly business reviews.
• Utilize JIRA and ORKA to own support department planning processes and analyze operator and machine performance.
• Mentor staff and foster a positive company culture through regular performance reviews and KPI setting.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in project management within technology, ICT, or AV environments.
• Proven track record of leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and coordinating monthly invoicing.
• Proficiency with workflow and reporting systems such as JIRA, ORKA, or similar project dashboards.
• Working knowledge of audio, video, and film technologies.
• Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a broadcaster, digitization facility, library/archive, or ICT preservation project.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis for performance monitoring.
