Director of Product, Workforce Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Workforce Management suite of products to ensure exceptional end-user experiences.
• Build, shape, and coach a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify challenges across diverse industry verticals.
• Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Partner with GTM teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches and adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute customer-centric product strategies.
• Experience acting as both a player and a coach to drive projects and develop talent.
• High EQ with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a bias to action.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to meet with customers.
