Director of Product Testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for product testing prioritizing subjective, consumer-focused feedback
• Lead, inspire, and upskill a team of technical testing experts
• Design and implement novel testing frameworks, including dynamic focus groups and A/B testing protocols
• Provide unified leadership and strategic direction to the global Product Testing organization
• Partner with Product Development, Design, Quality Engineering, and Strategy teams
• Champion the use of new technologies, including AI and automation, to streamline processes
• Translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear narratives for product decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role building high-performing teams
• Essential experience in a consumer-facing industry (sporting goods, consumer electronics, or premium products)
• Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational change and transition
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate a clear vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or advanced studies in Psychology, Kinesiology, Human Factors, or a related field
• Background in consumer science or psychology
• Passion for sport, movement, and the On brand
