Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-gen customer loyalty engagement products
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of the product vision
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute strategies to scale loyalty engagement products internationally
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts
• Engage with clients to understand needs and gather feedback to ensure high satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align product strategies with business objectives

Requirements

• 15 years of Product Management experience
• At least 7 years building products for Loyalty Management Systems, Platforms, BFSI, Payments, or e-Commerce
• Proven hands-on experience in developing AI-powered products
• Strong understanding of sprint and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in design flow processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply first principles thinking
• Excellent business acumen and quantitative capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Generative AI
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s in Technology with an MBA from a reputed institution
