Resident is a privately-held company headquartered in San Francisco, CA, partnering with Ashley Furniture to drive digital innovation and e-commerce excellence for one of the world's largest home brands.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Ashley eCommerce experience
- Identify high-leverage opportunities across the customer journey from acquisition to post-purchase
- Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery for browse, search, cart, and checkout surfaces
- Drive a hypothesis-driven approach using A/B testing and experimentation
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and merchandising leadership
- Communicate product strategy and outcomes to executive leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in consumer eCommerce
- At least 3 years of experience managing product managers
- Proven track record of driving conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Deep experience with large-scale, catalog-rich eCommerce platforms
- Strong command of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Ability to work in-office in Tampa, FL
