Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap by translating CEO vision, government requests, and user needs into prioritized capabilities
• Define new product lines and partner with Engineering to execute from requirement setting through launch
• Lead product representation at fly-offs, field demonstrations, and government engagements
• Conduct direct user research with military operators to validate product direction against tactical needs
• Author external product documentation, including capability briefs and proposal inputs
• Represent the product vision alongside the CEO to candidates, investors, and partners

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, systems engineering, or technical strategy with hardware exposure
• Proven ability to own a product roadmap end-to-end
• Ability to operate at an executive level with minimal infrastructure
• Strong technical aptitude regarding UAS platforms and engineering tradeoffs
• Familiarity with drone warfare, FPV systems, and autonomous capabilities
• Willingness to travel to end users, including active deployment zones
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or selling to military customers and government stakeholders
• Experience at a fast-scaling hardware startup or defense tech company
• Understanding of moving from prototype to high-volume manufacturing
• Exposure to INDOPACOM threat dynamics
• Active FPV pilot or deep familiarity with the FPV ecosystem
