Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company creating a better rent payment experience. The mission is to empower renters with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense through intelligent, automated payment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the martech stack from the ground up, including CDP, identity spine, and attribution infrastructure
• Build measurement architecture for paid acquisition, including incrementality testing and MMM
• Design the identity spine to connect anonymous ad exposure to authenticated user behavior
• Layer ML-driven capabilities like propensity scoring and predictive LTV onto the marketing stack
• Own the data layer for paid social, including server-side conversion APIs and MMP integration
• Build lifecycle infrastructure for onboarding, payment reminders, and re-engagement programs
• Act as a technical thought partner to the CMO to translate marketing needs into engineering requirements
• Design consent management and data governance into the infrastructure

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in martech, growth infrastructure, or data products
• 0→1 build experience in a high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in attribution architecture and measurement systems
• Experience shipping ML models in production (propensity, LTV, or segmentation)
• Experience with CDP ownership and vendor evaluation
• Fluency in paid media data infrastructure and CAC efficiency
• Experience with consumer-facing products
• Technical credibility to design systems at the data layer
