About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing product marketers
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging informed by audience, competition, and industry knowledge
  • Orchestrate and lead product launches, from crafting messaging and content to tracking usage success
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and engagement
  • Develop strategic segmentation models based on firmographics, technographics, and behavioral patterns
  • Conduct white space analysis to identify and prioritize high-growth and expansion opportunities
  • Create sales enablement materials, including collateral, demos, and tools, to support the buyer's journey
  • Collaborate with revenue and partner marketing teams to support customer acquisition campaigns
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to enable cross-functional teams
  • Track and monitor performance metrics, including product win rates, to demonstrate impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a product marketing role
  • Deep understanding of product marketing principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Proven experience in new product introduction (NPI) processes within a multinational company
  • Deep understanding of the restaurant vertical
  • Strong financial literacy and market sizing skills
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Experience marketing to Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses
  • Experience with software applications and in-app marketing
