Director of Product Marketing, AI

Responsibilities

• Define and own Sigma's AI product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the AI roadmap and capabilities.
• Lead product launches for AI features, coordinating across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
• Create thought leadership content and market education programs regarding enterprise AI and data.
• Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis to maintain sharp messaging.
• Serve as an external spokesperson for Sigma's AI strategy and vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product marketing experience driving launches and GTM strategy.
• Fluency in the enterprise AI landscape, including LLMs, agentic AI, and AI infrastructure.
• Proven track record of developing positioning that resonates with technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure PMM impact on pipeline and win rates.
• Experience partnering closely with product management to shape roadmaps via market insights.
