Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction for the Agentic Apps ecosystem within AthenaOS, shaping standards for discovery, orchestration, and integration.
• Own the AthenaOS application framework, including lifecycle standards, orchestration patterns, and experience primitives.
• Architect and operate an application governance model encompassing certification criteria, moderation workflows, and risk/compliance boundaries.
• Define reusable building blocks and modular capability primitives such as data, intelligence, and workflow components.
• Partner with AI teams to enable AI-generated applications, integrating Model Context Protocol and establishing safety guardrails.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, security, and GTM leaders to ensure cohesive execution of the Athena initiative.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a deep focus on platforms, operating systems, or AI-driven application frameworks.
• Proven experience defining governance, certification, or compliance systems at scale.
• Strong architectural intuition and systems thinking capabilities.
• Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML teams on model interfaces, guardrails, or agentic workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional influence.
