Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for the device platform, rooted in user needs and aligned with ResMed’s broader mission.
• Guide the platform through the full lifecycle, from early discovery and new product introduction to global launch and end-of-life planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by building strong partnerships with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear roadmaps, decision frameworks, and communications that align stakeholders and accelerate progress.
• Lead and mentor a diverse Product team, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, operations, or related technical/commercial roles.
• Proven success leading complex product initiatives within technology-driven or regulated industries.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to guide long-term product direction.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams through collaboration and trust.
• Experience working with integrated hardware and software products or long-lifecycle platforms.
