Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Align product vision and strategy for your portfolio with company objectives and market opportunity
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, strengthening discovery practices and product craft
• Drive rigorous product discovery through customer engagement, market analysis, and data-driven experimentation
• Evolve product strategy and roadmap based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and Quality to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery
• Establish measurable KPIs to track adoption, retention, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction
• Influence go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Drive the evolution of AI and emerging technologies within the platform

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in product management
• Demonstrated leadership of Product Managers
• Proven track record of owning and delivering successful SaaS or cloud-based product portfolios
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical capability using data to inform product decisions
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in video surveillance, VSaaS, physical security, IoT, or adjacent technical domains
• Experience building or scaling AI-enabled or data-driven products
• Experience working in hybrid hardware/software environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or dual-track discovery
• MBA or advanced technical degree
