Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for MoneyLion’s Consumer Marketplace across mobile, web, and O&O surfaces
  • Drive expansion of core financial product verticals and scale them across Gen’s O&O brands
  • Lead Marketplace revenue strategy and set direction for personalization and marketplace intelligence
  • Define and execute the Marketplace AI strategy, including personalization, ranking, and recommendation
  • Shape platform architecture and investment decisions in partnership with Engineering, Data, and Design
  • Build and grow a team of Product Managers through hiring, coaching, and setting craft standards
  • Define and track KPIs across revenue, engagement, retention, and conversion

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience
  • 4+ years leading senior-level initiatives or managing PMs in fintech, marketplace, or consumer tech
  • Proven track record owning revenue-critical product areas with significant P&L influence
  • Deep experience in marketplace dynamics, personalization, and conversion optimization
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, backend systems, and data architecture
  • Experience executing AI strategies for consumer product surfaces
  • Strong analytical abilities with SQL proficiency preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • Experience scaling PM teams in high-growth environments
