Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and integrated roadmaps across multiple domains including e-commerce, supply chain, and business systems
• Lead and develop a large product management organization consisting of individual contributors and people managers
• Translate company strategy into actionable domain roadmaps with clear milestones and business rationale
• Build strong working relationships with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams
• Establish and track meaningful input and output metrics to evaluate product impact
• Drive successful product launches by ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure sustainable velocity and predictable delivery

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years of experience leading a multi-layered PM organization (managing both ICs and managers)
• Proven success leading strategy for large-scale B2B or B2C e-commerce platforms with high SKU counts
• Experience managing integrated roadmaps and cross-domain dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop product management talent
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Operations
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies
• Experience using data and customer insights to drive strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hardware product development, factory automation, or industrial engineering
• Background in industrial parts supply, distribution, or manufacturing supply chain
• Experience managing product platforms with complex configurability or parametric search
• Familiarity with ERP, OMS, or WMS business systems
