Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute a strategic roadmap for messaging platforms to enhance scalability and performance
• Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new features in mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android, and SDKs)
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through delivery
• Establish key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve channel infrastructure
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers to align with strategic goals
• Cultivate relationships with major platform partners and stakeholders
• Champion agile development and implement rigorous testing methodologies for enterprise-grade reliability

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years of direct management experience
• Proven track record scaling messaging platforms (email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or mobile push)
• Deep technical understanding of iOS, Android, and mobile SDK ecosystems
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, marketing, and customer success
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to iterate product strategies
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA
• Experience managing products in international markets or with global teams
• Background in high-growth startups or rapidly scaling tech companies
• Experience working with large Enterprise customers regarding scale and data governance
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
