About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic vision and multi-year product roadmap for the ISO channel to maximize merchant acquisition and partner retention.
  • Translate the needs of high-volume wholesale ISOs and multi-MID providers into clear product requirement documentation (PRDs).
  • Design and scale configurable merchant boarding orchestration components to streamline the onboarding funnel.
  • Modernize technical onboarding workflows by leveraging platform-based data capture APIs and SDKs.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Underwriting, and Compliance divisions to align product flows with KYC/KYB requirements.
  • Serve as the authoritative product voice for the ISO platform to internal stakeholders and external partner leadership.
  • Steer cross-functional execution across Engineering, Architecture, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance groups.
  • Implement funnel analytics to evaluate platform performance, configuration bottlenecks, and portfolio health.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience in payments, fintech, or corporate merchant banking.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing complex product portfolios or platform initiatives in a matrixed enterprise.
  • Deep operational knowledge of Merchant Acquiring and ISO distribution architecture, including merchant boarding and underwriting.
  • Proven track record deploying technical product specifications including RESTful APIs, security tokens, and webhooks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with merchant lifecycle management tools such as CoPilot or CardPointe.
  • Experience with multi-party payment models, marketplace payments, or split-settlements.
  • Experience translating legacy underwriting architectures into automated, real-time digital workflows.
