Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and be accountable for product performance against business KPIs and evolve business models across multiple platforms
• Partner with game direction and user research teams to determine retention and monetization strategies
• Develop performance measurement strategies for the development, launch, and live phases of the product
• Collaborate with leadership and finance to build out the revenue side of the financial model
• Prioritize product roadmaps in collaboration with production teams to ensure delivery of key features
• Conduct industry analysis to understand the competitive landscape and genre-driving features
• Use data to communicate business performance and growth opportunities to the wider team
• Partner with digital marketing and CRM teams to enhance in-game and out-of-game business improvements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar product management role
• Proven business acumen with strong strategic and analytical capabilities
• Experience managing console or PC games through development, launch, and live phases
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and the competitive gaming landscape
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with marketing and development teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
