Director of Product Management, Forward Deployed & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and deploy Product Managers across strategic accounts, including Fortune 100 and government clients
• Identify patterns across customer deployments to convert bespoke field wins into scalable, repeatable core product strategy
• Act as the primary product partner to Sales and GTM leadership to align the product roadmap with market demand
• Provide strategic and technical oversight to unblock high-priority deployments in critical "red zones"
• Champion the voice of the field within internal Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience
• 4+ years of experience managing Product Management teams
• Proven experience working in forward-deployed models or top-tier technical consulting/implementation
• High technical proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and SQL
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes from engineers to the C-suite
