Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market analysis and customer feedback
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
• Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related matters with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze product data and metrics to identify trends and track KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in product management with a proven track record
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• MS degree
• Knowledge of the digital asset and Bitcoin mining industry
