Director of Product Line CTG

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Product Line leadership team, providing strategic financial analysis and decision support.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including profitability, COGS, gross margin, and ROI.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and communicate recommended actions to senior leadership.
• Partner with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure financial alignment across the value chain.
• Foster a culture of accountability and professional development within the controlling team.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with Bosch accounting policies.
• Champion financial process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and controllership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing finance principles.
• Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CMA designation.
• Experience within the HVAC, home appliance, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with senior operational and commercial leaders.
• Experience leading finance teams through ERP implementations or system migrations.
