Director of Product Line CTG

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Product Line leadership team, providing strategic analysis and decision support
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Develop and report on key performance indicators including profitability, COGS, gross margin, and ROI
• Provide controllership oversight for manufacturing plants in Wichita, Norman, Cienega, and Brazil
• Drive cost efficiency, monitor manufacturing variances, and support continuous improvement initiatives across all sites
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 8–10 finance and controlling professionals
• Maintain a strong internal control environment in compliance with US GAAP and Bosch global standards
• Oversee capital expenditure planning and ensure data integrity within ERP systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance and controllership experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-plant financial operations
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing finance
• Experience with international operations and cross-border financial management
• Willingness to travel to plant locations in the US, Mexico, and Brazil as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the HVAC, home appliance, or industrial manufacturing sectors
• Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience leading finance teams through ERP implementations or system migrations
• Bilingual capability in English and Portuguese or Spanish
