As part of CCC Intelligent Solutions, we combine AI-native product development with 40 years of proprietary data to build the next generation of AI-first products for the casualty insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a new product area from inception through market validation
• Build and ship AI-first products that guide and augment human decision-making in auto casualty claims
• Work directly with senior executives at major insurance carriers to uncover problems and test product visions
• Partner with customer success, sales, and product marketing to develop go-to-market strategy
• Write code and build working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools
• Define clear value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for every product bet

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS
• Proven experience with at least one 0-to-1 product build
• Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical (e.g., fintech, healthtech, legaltech)
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products
• Technical proficiency capable of contributing directly to working software and prototyping
• Track record of working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating in high-velocity startup environments
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a bias toward action and learning
• Strong commercial instinct and experience delivering results in a GTM context
